More About The Stable
The Stable is a beautifully converted barn, slightly larger than the Cart Barn, and full of character with exposed beams and feature brickwork. Converted on one level to a high specification, it offers the perfect mix of rustic charm and modern comfort — whether you’re planning a quick getaway or a longer holiday.
Inside, you’ll find a bright, open-plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and chairs, and a comfortable lounge area. Underfloor heating and a ground-source heat pump ensure a cosy stay in every season. The spacious king-sized bedroom and separate shower room with walk-in shower make it an ideal retreat for two, with a sofa bed available for extra guests if needed.
We’ve included all the essentials (and a few luxuries):
Fresh towels, linen, toiletries, and a hairdryer
Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, salt, pepper, and a cafetiere
Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, and dishwasher
Smart TV in the lounge and Freeview TV in the bedroom

Additional touches include cleaning kits, dishwasher tabs, ironing facilities and laundry access. A maid service is available for longer stays if required. Families are welcome too — a travel cot, highchair, and baby bath can be provided.
Step outside to enjoy private, secure parking and both bistro and picnic seating for al fresco dining. Pre-arrival grocery deliveries are also welcome, so you can settle straight in.
