A Warm Welcome to Napton Fields Holiday Cottages
Our family has farmed this land for many years, and we’re proud to share it with our guests. What began as a working farm has grown to include our luxury cottages and Shepherd’s Hut, each designed to combine the charm of the countryside with the comfort of modern living.
We believe it’s the little details that make a stay memorable — a warm welcome after your journey, a cottage that feels cared for, and those thoughtful touches that make you feel at home. Many of our guests return year after year, not just for the cottages, but for the personal touch that comes with staying somewhere family-run.
Sustainability at Heart
Napton Fields is a mixed farm with around 400 breeding ewes, grassland, and arable cropping. Alongside farming, we’re working hard to protect the environment for future generations.
Over 2,000 trees planted to create two new woodlands, reducing flood risk and providing wildlife habitat.
More than 8,000 metres of hedgerows carefully maintained for nesting and feeding.
Grazing across diverse pastures and cover crops, reducing reliance on bought-in feed.
Ground Source Heat Pump heating and hot water for all cottages and the farmhouse, supported by 10kW of solar panels.
Firewood for the Shepherd’s Hut hot tub sourced sustainably from storm-damaged or trimmed trees on the farm.
Sustaining wildlife in our four natural ponds
Refillable toiletries to cut down on plastic waste.
