Napton Fields Holiday Cottages are luxury family and child friendly Self Catering Cottages, offering accommodation available for overnight stays or short term lets.  Located on a working farm  between the lovely  village of Napton-On-The-Hill and the historic Market Town of Southam near Warwickshire, with easy access to main road routes & motorways.  Ample free secure parking.

Our new Shepherd's hut is an exciting addition to our cottages, offering a quirky stay with a wood fired hot tub for adults only.

Our  Holiday Cottages and Shepherd's Hut are perfectly situated when visiting rural Warwickshire for business or pleasure, set in a peaceful and secure setting. Perfect for family & friend gatherings in one, or all three cottages and the hut. Bring your walking shoes or wellies, to make the most of our farm walk which joins the bridleway and footpath networks.

Secure storage for bikes if exploring the national cycle network.

Ideally located for Warwick House wedding venue in Southam for Brides, Grooms, family & friends. Close proximity for Dallas Burston Polo Ground's numerous events and weddings.

A great base for exploring or working at nearby Southam, Gaydon (including The British Motor Museum), Warwick, Royal Leamington Spa, Stratford Upon Avon, Stoneleigh Park, Silverstone, Warwick Castle & the Cotswolds. We are minutes away from The Grand Union Canal - Napton Loop & numerous marinas.

Our three Self Catering Holiday Cottages/Lets: 

The Cart Barn, The Stable & The Granary have been lovingly converted to a high standard with exposed beams & feature brickwork to ensure a pleasant & memorable stay.

Each cottage is fully furnished with an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining area & lounge.

The Cart Barn offers ground floor level self-catering accommodation with a double bedroom & shower room with WC.

The Stable offers ground level self-catering accommodation with a king size bedroom & shower room with WC.

The Granary is a 2 storey barn conversion, with a king size bedroom a twin bedroom & two bathrooms.

All cottages have a double sofa bed in the lounge area, allowing extra guests.
